Our process starts with a 121 with the senior management team then typically a small task and follow up interview.
We work fully remotely. Flexible working is part of the offer.
Roles at Heur require people who have already managed commercial operations rather than those still learning the fundamentals. You will be client-facing and deep inside commercial metrics within your first month - an environment better suited to experienced practitioners.

You will be deployed on a live account within your first few weeks, actively participating in client strategy sessions. There is no protracted training track. instead, you will collaborate closely with experienced operators as you embed into the business.
