We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team at Heur. In this role, you'll own the ecommerce trading performance and delivery for a portfolio of ecommerce clients, acting as their primary ecommerce specialist and trusted advisor.

What You Will Do
- Own the ecommerce trading performance and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve trading performance, conversion, revenue and customer experience, and work with the wider squad to deliver them.
- Own the delivery of quarterly ecommerce roadmaps, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered on time and support measurable commercial outcomes.
- Plan and deliver homepage updates, landing pages, product launches and promotional campaigns aligned with client trading calendars.
- Monitor website performance, analyse trading trends and proactively recommend actions to improve ecommerce performance.
- Produce and present performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Perform final QA on ecommerce deliverables before client release.
- Identify operational risks and resolve issues before they impact client delivery or trading activity.
- Coach and support Growth Coordinators through regular feedback, quality reviews and development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ecommerce processes, ways of working and best practice across the agency.

What You Will Need
Essential
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce merchandising best practices.
- Experience developing ecommerce trading plans and optimisation strategies.
- Confident analysing ecommerce performance.
- Experience supporting testing and experimentation to improve ecommerce performance.
- Understanding of ecommerce tracking, commercial measurement and performance reporting.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into practical recommendations.
Desirable
- Previous experience within an agency or multi-brand ecommerce environment.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
