The streetwear label arrived onto the scene in 2013 as part of East London’s early creative movement.

Nowadays, NICCE is available Globally and has successfully broadened its neighbourhood appeal to International audiences.

The Challenge

The business was well-established D2C online and within wholesale. This led to operational challenges post-pandemic, and the company needed ecommerce leadership support to help overcome them. Lastly, the business needed to go through a growth period to allow for the acquisition of business assets.

What We Delivered

We deeply integrated into the NICCE team to better understand their growth and operational needs by delivering an end-to-end audit of the ecommerce function. From here we built out a 30 / 60 / 90 day plan for growth to take NICCE through peak trade. In the short term, we focused on optimising trade and moving as much stock as possible to allow a warehouse move. This generated enough growth to allow for NICCE to be successfully acquired. During this acquisition period, we deployed paid media, fully managed ecommerce and customer service functions to maintain stable growth.
